November 3, 2011 - Cleveland, Ohio. Attorney, Craig Weintraub convinced the Court of Appeals to reverse multiple convictions for rape. Mr. Weintraub’s client was serving a life sentence and Mr. Weintraub was hired to handle the appeal of the trial verdict.

Mr. Weintraub convinced the Court of Appeals that the client did not receive a fair trial and is entitled to a new trial. More importantly, Mr. Weintraub convinced the court that the judge improperly allowed unfair evidence to influence the jury.
